Massage and its benefits



We all like to receive a good massage, and even more so if you know the beneficial effects it has on your health and well-being.


I have been about to write you a potato roll, an endless list of the benefits and effects of massage, but don't worry, I have summarized them in just 5 points. Curiosity piqued?


- Stress, anxiety...? Chiromassage provides calm, tranquility, security and confidence, generating a feeling of well-being that releases positive energy and optimism. This is because massage promotes the secretion of hormones such as serotonin (serenity) and dopamine (satisfaction).


- To sleep!! Improves sleep quality... Massage increases the intensity and frequency of brain waves associated with deep relaxation. And it favors the segregation of melatonin (hormone that regulates sleep)...


- Helps reduce muscle contractures, decreases the feeling of physical fatigue, improves muscle tone and, if you are an athlete, will improve your performance, since massage improves blood and lymphatic circulation, and helps eliminate toxic substances that accumulate in Our organism.


- Activates the immune system, since the lymphatic system is stimulated.


- Renew your epidermis... you will have radiant skin.
